These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by CMIGL E-Konsult Limited and CMIGL Info Systems("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
We provide enterprise technology solutions including but not limited to mobile and web application development, WordPress development, hardware profiling and supply, networking, cybersecurity, smart home automation, remote IT administration, training, and consulting. All services are delivered subject to a separate scope of work or service agreement.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the deliverables produced for a client remain the property of the client upon full payment. CMIGL E-Konsult Limited and CMIGL Info Systems retain the right to display completed work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMIGL E-Konsult Limited and CMIGL Info Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity. Upon termination, you remain liable for any amounts due for services already rendered.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abuja, Nigeria.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
