Refund Policy

Project-Based Services

For fixed-scope projects, a 50% deposit is required before work commences. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers initial consultation, research, and project planning. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and acceptance of the completed work.

If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work after reasonable effort, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

Hourly & Consulting Services

Consulting, training, and hourly services are billed based on time actually spent. All hours delivered are non-refundable once the work has been performed. Prepaid consulting blocks that remain unused may be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus a 10% administrative fee.

Subscription Services

Ongoing support and maintenance subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but service will continue until the end of the paid period.

Hardware & Third-Party Products

Hardware, software licenses, and third-party products procured on your behalf are subject to the return and refund policies of the respective manufacturers or suppliers. We will assist with the return process but cannot guarantee refunds beyond what the supplier provides.

Cancellation by Client

If you cancel a project before work has begun, your deposit may be refunded minus a 10% processing fee. If work has already commenced, refunds will be assessed based on the percentage of work completed and any non-recoverable costs incurred.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us at info@cmigl.orgwithin 14 days of the relevant charge. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved through mediation in Abuja, Nigeria.
